The problem
Data overage alerts arrive after the bill, and carrier apps hide which app actually consumed the quota.
Why I built this
Overage alerts always arrived after the damage. I wanted to see which app burned the quota before the bill did.
The solution
An Android monitor built on operating-system counters: device and per-app history, plan thresholds, anomaly alerts, widgets, and portable export — stored locally without ever reading traffic.
